The Founder of Rain, Manoj comes with a rich advertising experience of over 23 years, 16 of which have been in this region. He has won numerous local and international awards and has worked on various brands as diverse as FMCG, automotive and accessories, banking, tourism, retail, airlines and logistics.
A graduate from the Academy of Art University,
San Francisco, Malek has over 15 years of advertising experience on brands across industries and countries. He is also responsible for some of the memorable and award-winning creative work on many brands.
With 22 years of advertising experience, of which 12 years have been in the region, Samir’s expertise spans across various industries like FMCG, Banking, Telecom, Retail, Airlines and Logistics. He has also spent time in direct marketing and digital, which adds to his media-neutral approach.
Kavita Ramrakhiani is responsible for the strategic planning function. With over 15 years experience in planning, her last stint was with Rediffusion Y&R India where she was Chief Strategy Officer. Her curiosity about why we are the way we are, led her into the world of behavioral psychology and she leverages her expertise to deliver strategic insights on the brands Rain manages.
Anish Dasgupta is part of the strategic planning team, with special emphasis on social and digital strategy. With over 12 years of experience, Anish was with Havas Worldwide, India, where he led Digital Strategy & Planning for Reckitt Benckiser brands in India, before joining Rain in 2018. Strapped with several awards for his campaigns, Anish carries the responsibility of sharpening the digital and social offering at Rain.
